Booking Terms and Conditions

A booking is confirmed once the payment or guarantee shown in the booking engine is received.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, PSE, Bancolombia transfer and cash in COP or USD.

Prices are shown in Colombian pesos (COP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Check-in from 15:00. Check-out until 12:00.

We can store your luggage at no cost if you arrive earlier or leave later.

The cancellation policy for your booking is shown in the booking engine before you confirm and is included in your confirmation email.

Non-refundable rates are flagged as such at the time of booking.

Every visitor to San Andrés must pay the tourist card; it is not included in the hotel rate.

Taybo House does not allow pets.

In compliance with Colombian Law 679 of 2001 and Law 1336 of 2009, we reject all forms of exploitation, pornography and sexual tourism involving minors. These acts are criminally prosecuted in Colombia.
